All prices include 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, but excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for misprints, tax and currency changes. Contact us for prices applicable outside Denmark's borders.
AYM accepts creditcard payments and payment via PayPal. The payment will only be credited to your account when the item is shipped.
For part deliveries, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is deducted
AYM-store encrypts all your account information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This means that unauthorised persons cannot cancel your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Personal data entered in connection with purchases at www.aym-store are treated in accordance with applicable Danish law. We only store the information necessary to complete your order - including email and item data relating to you. All customer information and order information is strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties.
By using our website's currency converter, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address to determine your location for currency conversion. You also agree to have this currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that is automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this so that the selected currency remains chosen and consistent when browsing our website so that prices can be converted to your local currency.
DELIVERY AND COSTS
We deliver with DAO in Denmark and use GLS for International shipments.
When the goods are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with an invoice for the goods shipped. If we cannot send all your goods, you will only receive one invoice for the goods that have been shipped.
As a customer you have 14 days of cancellation when you order goods online at www.aym-store.com. The 14 days are valid from the date of delivery.
If you use the right of withdrawal, the price of the goods and your delivery costs will be refunded.
You must pay the direct costs in connection with the goods return shipment, unless otherwise agreed. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
We recommend that you use a service where the shipment can be tracked when the goods are returned, and that the goods are sent as parcel post. This eliminates any doubts as to whether the item has been handed over to www.aym-store.com
Please note that we do not receive packages sent by COD.
You can only cancel a purchase that is not in use and the item must be returned in original packaging.
You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving us clear notice of this. You must return your item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You, of course, have the right to advertise over an item that has faults or defects that were present when the item was sold and delivered. Upon receipt of the goods, you must contact us immediately about this error or defect, so we can quickly process your case and you can be satisfied with your purchase.
In addition, your warranty applies for 2 years and includes manufacturing and material defects.

You have the 2 year warranty right from receipt of the goods. The right of complaint means that you can complain about deficiencies that appear up to 2 years after you received the goods. You can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or refusal of the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior. We distinguish between production defects and wear and tear: What is a production defect? Within the warranty period, we cover all production defects. What covers wear over? Wear means that the product has been used for a long time. Wear is not covered by the warranty. Damage caused as a result of improper use or abuse of the product is also not covered by the warranty. Jewelry that has been coated will eventually become worn. This means that the coating will wear off the more you use the jewelry. This is considered wear and is not covered by the warranty.
INFORMATION ON COMPLAINTS
We hope, of course, that you will contact www.aym-store.com first and see if we cannot find a solution together if you have anything to complain about. A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to Competition - and the Danish Consumer Agency's Center for Complaint Solution, Carl Jacobsen's Road 35, 2500 Valby. You can appeal to the Center for Complaint Solution via www.forbrug.dk. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country.
